All the Staff of your Organisation using the club facilities should bring an authorisation letter from the Nominee. |

If free stay facilities (Cottages) to be utilised by your staff, the same must be mentioned in the authorisation letter. |

No Guest fee will be charged for your staff if accompanied by Authorisation letter. |

Membership nomination is transferable as per the transfer norms (Currently, transfer fee is Rs. 2,000/- per transfer, but may change time to time) |
