billing will be done on the basis of guaranteed pax based
on your commitment letter only. In the case of No. of
pax exceeds the guaranteed limit actuals will be charged.

will be charged extra.

50% approximate billing amount as Initial Advance along

premises during the shooting programme.
Any other facilities used by your troop (Food & Beverages,
Resort facilities, etc.,) to be settled by cash on daily
basis. No credit facility will be allowed at any point
of time.
WE WOULD REQUIRE YOU TO PAY THE SHOOTING AMOUNT BEFORE
2 DAYS IN ADVANCE AND GET CONFIRMATION FROM AGM.
We require a written confirmation in order to reserve
the dates for your utilisation.
As a gesture of customary service, we are pleased to offer
you one cottage on complimentary basis.
We hope that the information furnished is in tune with
your requirements. This quotation is valid for 30 days
from date and it supersedes any previous quotations. Management
reserves the right to terminate the contract any time
without assigning any reason. |
